Don D. Sloan - Owner, Research & Development Chemist
Polymeric Imaging is the creation of Don D. Sloan, a credited pioneer of ultraviolet(UV) ink technology. He has over 40 years experience in the ink industry, heavily focusing on research and development of new technologies.
Don A. Sloan - Technical Director, Research & Development Chemist
Don has worked in ink manufacturing since 1975. He has hands-on knowledge of production, quality control, colormatching, customer relations and technical service. He has focused on Research and Development of UV inks for the past 26 years, successfully launching many UV ink lines for screen printing and digital applications. Don manages Polymeric's lab which includes QC, colormatching and R&D.
Darrel Talley - Research & Development Chemist
Amy Hohenadel - Research & Development Chemist
Amy joined Polymeric in 1998 as a Quality Control Technician, moving to the research department in 1999 as a formulation chemist. She has developed screen inks for the container and POP markets, adhesives, specialty coatings and inkjet inks for the wide format digital market. Her other responsibilities include generating MSDS and EPA/DNR reporting.
Kevin House - Technical Support
Kevin has been in the screen printing industry for over 20 years. He started his career as a screen print technicial and has had numerous positions in pre-press, managerial and colormatching. He began his career at Polymeric in 2002 as a colormatch technician and is currently serving as our primary Technical Service Technician.
Earl Stockton - Quality Control Technician
Earl began his career at Polymeric in 1997 in production. In 2000, he joined the lab as a Quality Control Technician. He also maintains Certificate of Analysis for all ink lines.
Karina Gabrielli - Color Match Technician
Karina started her career at Polymeric in 2006 in customer service. She began working in the lab as a Color Match Specialist later that year.
The Office
Mike Plier - President
Mike has over 25 years experience in screen printing. He joined Polymeric after serving as Production Manager at a top rated screen print operation. Mike has broad working knowledge of all facets of print production and screen printing materials. He uses this to help customers efficiently grow their businesses into emerging markets.

Rick Meeker - VP of Operations
Rick started with a competitive ink manufacturing company in 1992 earning a position of Floor manager before joining Polymeric in 1999. Rick manages all plant and manufacturing functions including purchasing and customer service.
Patti Kowalski - Office Manager
Patti has worked at Polymeric for over 15 years. She came from a banking background but decided to delve into the exciting ink industry. Her responsibilities include payroll, finance and human resources.
